As per the example on the template, list the name of the goods or service on the left, and the amount due on the right. As the billing and delivery addresses can sometimes be different, there is a section on the left for entering the billing details, and a separate section on the right for entering the shipping address. Simply type the name and address of the company you are invoicing on the template, as indicated. The billing and shipping information is entered in much the same way as your own company name and address. It is important to fill this information in, as should there be any issues with either the payment or the goods/service at a later date, both you and your client will be able to quickly trace down the relevant invoice.
